Right of first refusal

To preserve the right of first refusal of trademarks, companies can claim this right on behalf of a group or by writing to FNS no longer available info@freenamesystem.it. Applicants will be contacted immediately and, after appropriate verification of their identity than with their effective right of first refusal on a name or group, they will be sold without the right of reply by the previous owner. The right of first refusal is still valid within a period of one year from the non-availability of the name or group in question. After this period, the complainant the right to not be able to get the name or the group that he requested.
